A particularly lovely Victorian puffed heart pendant, fully pavé set with alternating rings of vibrant Persian turquoise and natural pearls. It's modelled in 15k yellow gold with silver settings, and dates from the late 19th Century - circa 1880. It's a great size, larger than usual, and remains complete with original turquoise bail.
