Here we have a simple yet elegant stick pink from the renowned Spanish jewellery house of Lacloche Frères. This piece has been crafted from a warm 18ct yellow gold with the head being set with fabulous sugarloaf sapphire. The term sugarloaf means that the gem has a conical shape with four sides creating a rounded pyramid top whilst the bottom remains flat. This focal stone possesses a deep navy colour tone which is accentuated by single frame of platinum milgrain set rose cut diamonds around the outer edge.
LaCloche is synonymous with some of the most exciting jewellery of the early 20th Century. The firm closed its doors in 1931, making their Art Deco pieces even more highly sort after.
