One is made with a 7/16" durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel twisted curved barbell and the other is made with a rose gold tone anodized over 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell. The first has a purple confetti style 5mm top ball and matching 8mm bottom ball end. The second has a plain 5mm top ball end and an 8mm bottom ball end set with a large aurora gem.
